Bolt takes easy 100m

ZURICH, Switzerland -- Usain Bolt wins easily over 100 meters in 9.83 seconds

Bolt, with his WR 100 (9.69), 200 (19.30) and 400 relay (37.10) in China was the star turn at "the Olympics in one night."

Well clear of Walter Dix of the United States by the 60-meter mark he didn't pull up like in Beijing.

Beijing bronze medalist Dix ran a 9.99 for second and silver medalist Richard Thompson of Trinidad and Tobago third in 10.09.

"You can't really compare it to the Olympics...The Olympics bring so much pressure. It was easy here." said Bolt

Tyson Gay was absent much as expected; keeping his head down no doubt after the team USA 4 x 100m relay debacle in Beijing that has been laid at his door and his Olympian relaxed semi-final meaning he didn't make the 100m final he was in the running for.

Time will tell when he will come out of hiding as the lure of the post Olympic money must be attractive to him and the exposure expected by his sponsors.
